Blue cased vase ID help please
« on: June 27, 2013, 09:58:13 PM »
Hello, this heavy blue cased vase is about 21 cms high and 15 cms wide, with a smooth fired rim. It has a design of cut grooves running from top to bottom and a flat smooth base with no pontil mark. Any help with ID would be great, thanks Kez.

Could we have a photo of the base, please?
Is the base and/or rim ground flat with a bevelled edge?

Be aware though that Waterford is just the tradename and not an indication of where it was made

Ah, I don't really know anything about Waterford Crystal, but I thought they made their own glass...do they import it also?
