Thank you for that, it will be my next line of approach. I must say, during my research I did find one that looked the same, but had a ceramic/porcelain animal on the tallest part of the glass. I thought I had saved it to my favourites, but will have to search again

. Not that this is of any help, however, I spoke to the owner of the this piece and apparently it was purchased in the late 20th century and owned by a retired solicitor and was on display in their offices. I will have to see if I can gather any further info
