Keith does it have a polished pontil mark at all?
I'll have a quick look round and look at my books.  I think that ribbed twisted body might indicate Kralik, but nothing springing to mind at the moment. The amethyst to clear reminds me of Harrach or Moser though.
I'll come back if I find anything.

have you checked on here for overshot glass searches?
I linked some info a while back and there might be a snippet of info in that - is the overshot clear glass btw?
