An other nice lamp to your ever growing collection of Ysart lamps.
Does any of your Vasart lamps have acid etched interiors like Monart lamps, to date I have not seen Vasart lamps acid etched.

Hi Gary,
this was something I checked on years ago when I first started collecting lamps and If I remember they never were acid washed , infact have you asked the seller on ebay if the ceiling shade is acid washed or not, that might answer the question of maker, does all Monart shades (not table lamps) have acid washed interiors?

In my correspondence with the vendor I informed him that all Monart pendant lampshades were acid etched/washed where as to my knowledge Vasart shades were not, I got no reply on this point.
Thanks for the info on Vasart lamps, I was unsure if they were acid etched/washed. So far I have not seen any Vasart being acid etched/washed.

I think its safe to say that they probably weren't, I have had a few of their lampshades in the past and none of them were

Not all were etched on the interior. It was just used where it helped diffuse the light, which was needed for most.
