I am not sure what you mean by "a shallow foot after it curves in at the base "? do you have a photo?

Mine has a foot that flares out at the bottom of the vase, is hollow (as in it holds water) and underneath it is slightly concave with a rough pontil mark in the centre.

thank you for adding pictures.
my vase is hollow all the way to the bottom  as well but the mould gives it a shallow 'foot' after the base that flares out.
I've attached a pic to show you what I mean.  The colour is not well represented in the photo as the green is a bright limey green - the photo dulls it.
I'll add a new thread request for it.

Both have  a base like yours m,with shallow foot,although one has a polished pontil and this one broken, ;D ;D

I'm wondering what my vase could be - I thought it might be Kralik despite having read they never made vases with serpents or snakes.
