Any thoughts please on origin of this 28cms x 10cms dish? All suggestions appreciated,

I believe this is Czech Glass ( Chribska - Hospodka ) Vintage would be my guess, scroll down *Here   and Wayne's site *Here

Just a guess.... Love the Colors!!
