Hello Kate and welcome to the GMB

The probable irony is that people here can often tell you a lot about glasses that are 200 years old, but only rarely will they know much about mass produced pieces made within the last ten years - which is not really what you want to hear.
The stem colour may well have a manufacturers name, but unless we can discover that - which is unlikely, then you may have to invent your own.
I don't know if we can describe them as hand made - often with modern inexpensive glasses there is machinery involved somwhere along the line.
Wine glasses of this style - often with ruby/red or some other striking colour for the stem, have been very common in very recent years, and these may well be imports from out side the U.K. - I doubt that they are much more than ten years old.
However, the main point is that you like them and you can enjoy them each time you have a drink - which should be the reason for buying modern glasses.
You may get lucky and someone may recognize them, but I wouldn't hold your breath.
Now......if you have any glasses that are 200 years old, we can tell you a lot more............
