I have had this piece for a while and shortly after buying it I saw an example that was identified. I thought I had printed a PDF of the ID for my records but apparently I did not.... or I did and can not find where I saved it..... Italian or Czech is what comes to mind for country of origin. I do remember I was a bit surprised by the ID.

This vase stands at 13 inches tall and is a bright shade of green, cased with some clear as evidenced by a relatively thick clear pad at the foot. It has ground and polished rim and also has a signature on the underside. It is shown in the images.....  illegible to me at least....  but I know there are some real handwriting experts here!!

Executed well, and a mystery unless I can find that PDF....  So in case I don't, HELP Please!!

TIA,
Craig
