Glass paperweight ID

Hi, I do not even know if this is a paperweight! Measures 13 x 7 cm and 2 cm at its highest point in the raised tree design with three circles. "Feels" Scandinavian, but I really have no clue. Is there any way to post a larger pic? mine are all around 750 and will not upload. I can always email a pic to a willing participant. Any help would be appreciated- Thanks, CRK
