Emerald green glass bowl with frog

Hello once again
I came across this lovely bowl and frog recently and decided to buy it....the frog looks very similar to Walther.
The bowl is decorated with a frosted frieze of a swag pattern.
I have no idea as to who made this and wondered if anyone had any clues please?
