Libochovice 1890-1894 trinket set pieces.
« on: January 01, 2014, 04:21:02 PM »
Anne lists Libochovice set 1890-1894 on her GTS site at
http://www.glasstrinketsets.com/cms15/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=130&Itemid=126
but there are no photos to illustrate it.

Shown on page 44 of the pre-1958 Libochovice catalogue on Marcus Newhall’s Sklo Union CD-ROM (but line drawings, not photos).

Here are some photos of a pair of candlesticks #1891 (one candleholder but 4 ‘wings’ as supports, tray #1890, and a lidded pot (#1892 or #1893 – not sure which as I don’t have the size).

(Permission for the re-use of these photos on the GMB granted by abenfaye).

Does anyone have photos showing both sizes of lidded pots, and /or the ringholder #1894, please?

Fred.

Actually, I’ve just found a photo of the #1894 ringholder with the #1891 candlesticks, and some clearer photos of just the candlesticks.

Fred, somehow you had two topics about the same pieces so I've merged them to keep it all together. :)

I'm pretty sure I don't have any of these pieces in the collection yet... hence no pics. Good to see them!
Cheers! Anne, da tekniqual wizzerd

Thank you, Anne (though I've still got no idea how I got multiple topics).
