Topic: Eva Zeisel MGlass 2004 United Nations "Women in Glass" Vase

I was fortunate to find this Eva Zeisel glass vase in a consignment shop.  Internet research tells me it was from a 2004 series, made in Portugal by Mglass and designed as part of a "Women in Glass" show at the United Nations.  It may have retailed for as much as $450 when new.  I'd love to know if the signature on the piece was actually inscribed by Ms. Zeisel herself! Also, how many (approximately) pieces were made, and for how long?  There is surprisingly little information on this piece and series, given how recently it was produced.  It's a "keeper" (not for sale!), but naturally, I'd love to know its value.  I cannot find any auction records, or comparable pieces offered for sale anywhere on the net.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.
