Pair of tall red vases - Israel?

A nice pair of vases of different sizes, 31.5cm and 30cm. Small pontil scars to the bases. The decoration appears to be applied after the glass was blown. Very thin and lightweight, almost like christmas baubles.

I would place them in Romania due to the technique of acid stain on lampwork - but I must admit I have never seen the likes of these before.

Thanks Ivo. I thought they were unusual due to the type of decoration, shape and how light the glass is.

Edit - After doing a seach for Romanian art glass, I have been able to attribute two other pieces I have with metal and glass which are signed "Vadan".
