Skrdlovice? Cut Out Rim Bowl

A very nice mid size bowl, surely Skrdlovice? With cut outs to the design, a thin layer of green(which is uranium), any ideas as to designer or age? About 20cm diameter and 1cm tall, and heavy, thanks in advance for ideas   Simon
