I have come across this stunning piece but i dont have a clue about it,
I need I.D help, makers, origin,age and all knowledge or links to the piece,

Not sure of date somewhere around 1900 give or take a little, made by Ruckl, this shape crops up in several of their decors, I have three or four lurking here.
