Large Chunk Of Glass ID Help Please
« on: February 10, 2014, 02:07:24 AM »
Hello again,

Found this one at a shop this week.  There is Uranium present in the piece.  i was thinking Italian at first.

Very Heavy, 13" tall and 12" wide.

I have yet to remove the ECO System that someone was kind enough to create in the piece.

Any input would be helpful.

Looks mechanically made and I don't think it is Italian.  I'd sooner think it were Spanish recycled or German.
To get the nasty twigs out I suggest long (12") tweezers - no household should be without those.

I would be very doubtful about any uranium. The glow must be a very bright green in daylight
