Heavy Clear Glass Bobble Vase - ID = Orrefors - Sven Palmqvuist's Expo range

Wondering if anyone can identify this vase. It measures 15cm x 14cm and weighs 2.35kg with a polished pontil. I was thinking 1960's Czech/Bohemian or possibly Scandinavian in origin.
