Glasform mushroom
« on: March 03, 2014, 01:21:57 PM »
Can anybody tell me if this is a glasform item. I believe that some of their smaller items are unsigned. I bought this at an antique fair. It is 7.5cm high and 7cm diameter. Any info greatly appreciated. Thanks

I don't believe that is a Ditchfiled piece, no.
But it IS lovely and probably a good maker. :)

I agree with Sue, although the trunk is Ditchfield shaped and the base would suit the usual Glasform label perfectly.

I think we can also discount Wedgwood, Okra, Langham and Heron, but difficult to tell with mushrooms where designs can fluctuate and I stand to be corrected.   I have assumed you are in the UK, Firebird.
