Seems to be a modern unknown 1980 + as sand blasted mark. Possibly only a partial mark that has a close match at the bottom of page here http://www.great-glass.co.uk/glass%20notes/markunid.htm

Could be short lived maker, follow the initial B. Quite a good list to start with here http://www.replacements.com/crystal/manu/b.htm

If it is a J and not the same as linked mark then Jihlava or Jihlavske (Czech 'Bohemia' glass region)

BJ gives
BJ Glassworks - Sklarna BJ, Kamensky-Senov

But I am disinclined to accept it is a J
