Sorry I canīt help with your vase, but I didnīt want to leave you un-welcomed at least...
I have a vague feeling I might have seen something similar here, too, and possibly, as your
picture suggests also, the glass colours isnīt quite as clear as I would have expected for
a scandi piece, so it might be good to keep an open mind.
The piece I saw on a flea-market here had oviously been used as an umbrella stand, which
had left a lot of tiny chips to the top rim...  ::)

It depends on the precise colour (how greenish is it?) and on the bottom finish but I would be looking toward Spanish recycled.

The glass has a light green tinge to it. The bottom is moulded not flat.
