I.D. for deco looking white striped & clear footed vase : Whitefriars - Monart ?

Can anyone identify the maker of this vase please?

It is 16cm tall (just under 6.5 inches) and 12cm at its widest (4.5 inches).

You can rule out Monart, though Monart did do a similar type of decoration.
