A paperweight signed "SG '92"

Hi,

I've had this paperweight since the early 90s. It's signed
"SG '92", but I don't have any other info about it.

Does anyone know who the artist is? Do you think the markings at the end of the signature are probably part of a numbering system?

What would make sense as an asking price in an eBay fixed price  or store listing?

It looks like the same style as Eickholt of that era.
