Burnt orange Art Deco encased vase?
« on: March 11, 2014, 10:11:01 PM »
I keep coming across these vases, should they have a lid, where do they come from, how old are they ?, it's  4 1/2 inches in height and 3 inches across the base with a lot of age wear.

Thanks for all your help tonight. regards Chris

They should have a grid of some sort, usually metal, but I have a bakelite one.

The orange inside clear is not so common. Could be the same company as made this http://lustrousstone.co.uk/cpg/displayimage.php?pid=1472
