Art Deco Amber Vase with Large Ornate Handles - Maker Help Please

Hi,
I have a really striking amber glass vase, I understand from searching that is marked with an embossed "Czechoslovakia" on the base although on mine the word is visible but not decipherable. It stands 6.5 inches high and measures 9 inches from handle to handle. Does anyone know who the maker might be?
