Like a specific library in Scotland?

It has an "Appin" look to the cut but there are too many verticals and more detailed cross hatching.

I've not seen any patterns like it anywhere so far

Well casual visit would be out - i live in canada.

ugh. well i will keep searching. i really would like to sell it but when you cannot find the pattern number anywhere how does one advertise it?
