ID help needed, scavo-like vases
« on: May 07, 2014, 11:18:18 AM »
ID help needed!

I bought this bunch on a yard/garage sale from an "older" women... i forgot to ask for the maker / origin.
All pieces have the same "scavo-like" pattern. red and yellow with colored inlay, rough pontil.

Unfortunately no leavings of a label. Who could be the maker or the origin? Murano? Lafiore/Mallorca? Asia or Poland?
I have one vase from Lafiore, it looks quite different in structure and texture of glass.
Please help me out of my confusion...

Thank you! Kevin
