No, IMHO you are right.

The Ebay price for the item listed is difficult to comprehend. Bidders must have been taken in by the 'antique baccarat type flower' of the description; but  antique Baccarat it is not (indeed, the seller was very clever with the description as he/she does not claim that it is an antique Baccarat flower).

Thanks! I'm still learning so it helps to have confirmation when I get it right. It also helps to have correction when I get it wrong, but the former feels better.
