Topic: ID Help please very heavy clear vase rectangular panels

Any ideas please on origin and date of this vase. 22.5 cms tall and 1.85 kilos it is decorated with alternate clear and frosted rectangular panels. All thoughts much appreciated

Have now tracked down Vizner for Libochovice 1960s

I have one, a real chunk of glass and very nice. I think they have a real Vintage/Retro look unlike the millions of 'vintage' pieces currently listed. Mine has a shock crack right across the bottom but still rings as solid  Just a loose change vase now. Don't have the heart to bin it lol.
