A similar hollow crown paperweight appears on page 51 of Jargstorf Paperweights and is attributed to Fratelli Toso.  I have one on my website that is almost identical to yours:

Hi.  I think that is a generic Murano label, probably used for exported items, rather than a particular maker's label.

I am wondering how common the AVEM Murano script signature is?  I've never seen this.  All of the signed AVEM pieces I have owned had only foil labels... no engraved signatures. 

The Murano Zoo website shows a variety of Murano labels including some engraved and acid etched examples.
