This looks Mdina - the signature seems to say that but has a letter before so not sure - thanks

I do not think these are Mdina - they are too nice. I can't make anything out of the mark on the base - I don't even know if it's the right way up, but something about them is whispering Gibraltar Crystal?
The name of the master maker there is Paul Alexander, I have an image of his signature on a card insert from a boxed vase I have, but it doesn't look like the mark on this.
