An Older Swirled, Stemmed Glass

Three of these are in the family of my cousin for decades if not centuries  ;)

The colour is a light greenish amber, approximate height 13 cms, broken pontil mark.

To my uneducated eye they seem to be of high quality and very, very old.
I wish to add that they may be of Dutch origin - (her great-grand-parents)

Anyone any idea on a probable manufacturer and age?
