Help to ID this cut glass bowl

Help to Id this cut glass bowl which I do not really have a clue where to start. My only thoughts possibly Scandinavian.

The bowl looks to have been hand cut . The colour is a pale blue with a tinge of yellow and green.

No mark or signature.

Weight 2.6kg
Diameter 11" or 28cm
Height just over 3.5" / 9cm
