is there any of you experts out there who can identify this handmade signed italian glass waterlilly dish, signature looks like

OCAGGIO E FEUVT 

it has a sticker on it saying HAND MADE / MADE IN ITALY

any ideas

A lot of people are making fused glass, not familiar enough with Italian names to work out what it might be.
