Topic: A pair of blue frilled glass vases - help with maker/ID appreciated.

Can anyone please help with information on maker etc for this pair of vases I acquired in a job lot of glass? They are 8 inches tall and so far removed from what I collect that I don't know where to start.

I have a vase similar to these i've always thought to be Victorian, similar design and shape, very light with heavy base wear.

only to say that having looked through Gulliver, these pieces don't appear to match the colourway of the very few pieces of spatter glass that he shows.

There's nothing wrong with the multiple shallow rim-crimping - nor the slightly bulbous collar half way down - or coloured feet come to that.             But....   the base body colour, and less than opaqueness of the overall effect, suggests possibly a later date of manufacture.

Spatter, as a decorative style, went on for a very long time  -  I'm tempted to think later than Victorian.

As to a maker  -  out of the question I would have thought  -  possibly not even able to be positive as to country.
Perhaps someone can prove me wrong

We've had similar things before and they are in a catalogue somewhere but I can't remember enough to search properly
