Looks to be Elis Bergh for Kosta, Sweden.
I'm glad to have an example now for my "signature collection" - so far I only had a description: The “B” is often written in such a way that the left side of the letter looks like an inverted “E”.

A forum search should cough up a few other examples - I think I've posted a few in the past.

Your description was right, though - the 'B' is often quite ambiguous.
