Nice bit of glass, good size. Looks like it might have a layer of uranium glass - the yellowy bit.

My first guess would be a vague Murano but similar shapes where made in many places.

I'm with John on this one, late 1950's to 1960's. A bit like some Chribska and Chalet,  but more Murano-like than anything.
