Small blue glass bowl. ID = Holmegaard

Hello everyone

I would really like to find out where this little glass bowl were made, is there anyone who can help?
I guess in Sweden since I've been through most of the Danish stuff, however it remind me of Michael Bang.
If anyone can help I would be really happy! :)
It is 11 cm and the bowl is 5.5 cm.
