Neither Vasart or Monart.

Possibly Guersey glass (Three lions in shield, see http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,4792.0.html) or Isle of Wight (Parison in Flame mark).

As it is not really in the Monart/Vasart style I exclude Strathearn, leaping salmon mark.

:D:D:D

Or could it be the AB logo of Alum Bay?

It doesn't really say Isle of Wight Studio Glass to me. I'd probably say it was more Guernsey in style.
