Help With Black White Lined Glass Vase Please

Hi all,

Can anyone help to identify this white lined black vase? I thought at first it might be Holmegaard but I can find no record of any black design. The vase is 35.5 cm tall, heavy and with numerous scratches around the base. I attach photos and would be very grateful for any help or suggestions.
