Chinese dump weight?

Hi all,this is a large weight at 4.5" ht with a yellow tinge to the glass and sort of lace trumpets with air bubble in every orifice,i think the inner mist of bubbles the trumpets emerge from is very effective,any thoughts many thanks.

Hi.  I doubt Chinese, with that neat a base and latticino flowers. I suspect Murano.
