I finally managed to buy this lovely set today after trying for over a year to get the seller to drop the price !! Any ideas on a maker please...it does glow under uv and the main colour is more milky white than my photos indicate.  :)

Should have added that the decoration is enamelled so could this be Bohemian perhaps ?
