Arrived today, made up for a rubbish display at the Custard Factory,

What went wrong with the custard display?

(is that the experiments that can be done "walking" on custard - the sort of supersaturated cornflour/water mix that does weird things and dances when you put it onto a source of vibration, such as a speaker, to make the "custard" dance, or was it something else?)

  I wish there had been something like that to watch as the stalls were full of the cheapest 'vintage' stuff you could imagine, plenty of coffee and cake but I'm on a diet !

Just heard from Jill Devine, definitely a 'Foundry' piece, done in blue and pink, known as the 'Graffiti  ' range,

a nice addition.  Shame about the Custard Factory.  Always a bit disappointing not to find 'the' piece when you go to these events.

That's a bit weird, it's called the Custard factory because it's part of the  'Devonshire Works' factory, if you didn't already know,

I didn't. Custard makes me think first of non-newtonian fluids, then sinks to the depths of custard creams as the second option, before thinking dribblingly of a home-made egg custard with whisky in it, for a bad cold.
Not in a month of Sundays would I suspect an arts centre.
