First, I am no expert - I just have a few books that I can search.
They won't be marked, the raised bit under the foot is where they were attached to a metal rod during production. They will date to sometime between around 1880 to 1910, they are from Murano (so will often get called Venetian glass).
Working out who made them is a little trickier as several glass makers made items in this style for retail by a company called Salviati. The situation is further confused because Salviati also had their own furnace for making glass as well as buying it in from outside. Furthermore as time passed there was more than one company named Salviati (& Co or Dott)...
Looking through those books and based on colour and style my best guess for the actual maker would be Artisti Barovier or Fratelli Toso.
