ID Help - modern dichroic blue signature help

Hello all,

This piece is 3-3/8" in diameter and 2" tall. It has a Milropa style bubbly rocky style ground with a dichroic purplish-pink blue-green spiral hovering over. I need some help with a hand inscribed signature near the edge of the flat finely ground base.
