Star shaped rim wrthen twist green vase help please.

I think is a piece of Victorian glass but i'm not sure how old it is or who made it, it has a lot of wear to the base for such a light piece of glass and a polished pontil.

It's 5 1/4 inches in height, 4 3/4 inches from tip to tit on the rim and 3 inches across the base.
