Help ID My Slag Glass Turyle Please

HELP ..... WHO MADE ME and WHEN ??????
Here's a great stumper: ....(2 photos) Green/White Slag Glass Turtle, 5" long x 3 1.2" wide x 2" tall, there is a mold line that looks like a 2-part mold (look at the 1st photo). I have no idea why the indent on the underside - 1 7/8" round x 1" deep, last photo shows Makers Mark "PL" .... I have searched the internet for weeks to no avail.
The mark looks just like that of San Francisco Glass Works or Pacific Glass Works makers mark, P over an L See last picture and attached link.
