Blue/Amber Ormolu Decanter Set...Portieux?

Picked this up today & I suspect its Portieux but would appreciate confirmation & opinions. Bottles have polished pontils much like an older Portieux Cologne (signed) & colors match up with it. Simply too good to pass up with 6 glasses still there out of the 8 it should have. Thanks, Ken
