Art glass decanter or apothecary - could it be venini????

This reminds me of venini tapio wirkkala pieces not sure if it is or not. It has the concave base and loud colours and style.
11.75 inches tall 3.25 inches diameter. The stopper is hollow with a cut polished slighty bevelled edge as is the lip of the vessel.

Any help would be appreciated.
