« on: December 05, 2014, 07:21:16 PM »
Hello dear experts,

does anyone has an idea where these vases are from ? It is handmade glass and They are pretty light an thin and with painted figures.
Just above the bottom there is an engrained sign which seems to be an "X" and a "B" or maybe "8".
The size is 23 cm diamter is 8 and 6.5 cm weight is 235 / 213 g.

I would appreciate every tip.

Thank you very much

andy

it is Lampwork, probably from the Lauscha area. There are many artists active in this field, some known some not. It is a type of production which does not require an extensive technical set up.
