Acid etched mark dates it from 1966-80's according to http://www.great-glass.co.uk/glass%20notes/markd-h.htm

Likewise I am not at home with my books but I don't think Dartington started using acid etched marks until the 1980s, there were then a few variations used.

There is no info on etched marks in the book Dartington the First Twenty Years, I have never seen an etched mark on any of the early designs that were discontinued in the 1970s.

The vase in question may be an Etruscan vase with optic rib (rather than ripple), how tall is it?
